What You’ll Do Here

HomeLight is seeking a Strategic Recruiting Partner to join our team. This role is more than just full-cycle recruiting—it’s a unique opportunity to shape the growth of HomeLight Closing Services (Title & Escrow). In this role, you’ll work directly with our CEO and recruiting leadership to define a targeted sourcing and marketing strategy to attract entrepreneurial escrow professionals across multiple markets.

This isn’t your typical recruiting role. The goal of this position is to help hire key team members who will shape a uniquely exciting business initiative from the ground up. You’ll be a strategic partner responsible for the growth and success of HomeLight Closing Services.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the CEO and recruiting leadership to define strategic recruiting goals, candidate personas, and value propositions specifically for escrow talent.
  • Develop creative and scalable sourcing strategies to identify seasoned Escrow Officers with entrepreneurial ambitions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiations, and pre-onboarding.
  • Engage candidates throughout the funnel to ensure a seamless, professional, and high-touch experience.
  • Maintain candidate records and pipeline activity in Greenhouse ATS and generate reporting on pipeline health and key metrics.
  • Support offer development and negotiations in partnership with the Title & Escrow leadership.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; agency or in-house roles supporting title and escrow talent.
  • Proven success in recruiting entrepreneurial or high-performing escrow/title professionals.
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership on go-to-market or talent strategy.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Strong sourcing, outreach, and pipeline management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable with cold-calling, email campaigns, and texting candidates
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building systems from scratch.
