Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead the company’s hiring strategy and talent acquisition during a pivotal launch and growth phase. You will own full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, build candidate pipelines, manage relationships with search firms, and stand up ATS and hiring standards across the organization.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager that will be responsible for leading the company’s recruiting strategy and talent acquisition efforts in support of our launch and organizational growth. This role also establishes core hiring processes while developing the company’s brand and career presence.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Own full-cycle recruiting for the launch hiring plan
• Build and manage candidate pipelines for all open roles
• Run search firm relationships for VP/Director searches
• Stand up ATS, interview processes, and hiring standards

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• 4 to 7 years of experience of full-cycle recruiting experience in entertainment, media, or high-growth startups
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Track record hiring across corporate and creative functions
• Strong direct sourcing skills
• Experience managing search firms
• Experience working with various Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)

Ability to build excitement around a new company’s vision and opportunity among senior-level candidates
