Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for technical, administrative, and management roles.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and customers to support staffing needs.
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels and promote opportunities at S3, Inc.
• Coordinate all hiring phases: interviews, offers, and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and ensure legal recruitment practices.
