Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategies.
• Work with hiring teams to determine job requirements.
• Screen resumes and application forms for candidates.
• Conduct initial screening meetings to assess candidates.
• Handle job offer discussions with selected candidates.
• Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.
