The role emphasizes strong candidate engagement, interview coaching, and collaboration with branch teams to achieve KPIs. The starting pay is $22.00–$25.00 per hour, DOE, with benefits included for associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years recruiting experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and experience with ATS.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates to fill temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Develop and deploy client-specific recruiting strategies and pipelines.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coach for roles.
• Maintain candidate relationships and redeploy associates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand needs and KPIs.
• Administer job postings and manage candidate communications.
• Attend to candidate inquiries and provide clear information about Adecco.
