Qualifications

• Experience closing senior, hard-to-win technical hires in engineering, AI/ML, or research.
• Ability to partner with founders and leaders as an advisor.
• Strong sourcing across papers, GitHub, conferences, and communities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Research Scientist, SWE, and Robotics roles.
• Advise leadership on search strategy and bar calibration.
• Build scalable sourcing, screening, and reporting pipelines (Ashby).
• Run a fast, human-centered interview process.
