Job summary

Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha is seeking an experienced leader to direct the Registration and Records department, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and FERPA compliance while aligning with the college's strategic plan.

You will oversee course registration, transcripts, degree audits, and graduation processes, supervise staff, manage budgets, and partner with faculty, admissions, and the business office to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in records management, business administration, education administration, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in higher education administration, public administration, business administration, or education preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in registration and records management in a higher education setting; seven years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for Registration and Records through strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Manages budgets within Registration and Records to balance cost with quality of educational support.
• Develops collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, admissions, financial aid, and the business office.
• Oversees transfer credit and prior learning credit processes and ensures accurate reporting.
