• Directs daily operations of the Registration and Records department, including course registration, transcripts, degree audits, and commencement.
• Oversees budgets within Registration and Records and guides staff to balance cost with quality of educational support.
• Builds relationships with faculty, academic leadership, admissions, financial aid, and business office to ensure smooth processes.
• Serves as VA School Certifying Official and PDSO for F-1 international students and performs required duties.
• Coordinates class schedules with Academic Deans and communicates important dates to students and staff.
• Ensures compliance with FERPA, state, and federal reporting requirements.
