Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role.
• At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership, process, results, and impact.
• Preferred: At least 8 years of experience in a Product Design role.
• Preferred: At least 8 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Preferred: Experience working with and contributing to an established design system.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with product, tech, and business leaders.
• Preferred: Experience leading design projects or teams.
• Preferred: Experience working in heavily regulated, data-heavy problem spaces.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates expertise in Product Design, including interaction, visual, and service design, while effectively leading and mentoring design teams.
• Proficient in utilizing design and prototyping tools like Figma to create high-quality artifacts and drive product strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and consult with designers to mature the design discipline and build team culture.
• Shape product direction and outcomes using content design, user insights, and business understanding.
• Drive alignment across product, technology, and business partners.
• Advocate for human-centered methodologies using data, research insights, and design expertise.
• Manage and shape the design portfolio based on products, processes, customers, competitors, and market trends.
• Own problem-solving approaches and balance competing priorities.
• Engage cross-organizational expertise to advance workstream projects.
• Present work across organizational levels and job functions to influence stakeholders and achieve results.
• Oversee end-to-end creative production, including motion, 3D, and digital content ecosystems.
• Build scalable systems delivering consistent, high-quality creative results
