• Lead enterprise coordination and execution planning for significant real estate transactions.
• Oversee asset and portfolio transitions and ownership changes across the enterprise.
• Develop and maintain enterprise playbooks, checklists, and stage gates.
• Coordinate readiness and handoffs with business lines and corporate departments.
• Provide executive reporting on milestones, risks, and stabilization outcomes.
• Drive process improvement and standardized operating procedures.
