NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Real Estate Transactions Manager to lead complex commercial real estate deals across the Americas. You will manage leases, site selections, due diligence, and structured negotiations to align with NVIDIA’s long-term strategy.

The role requires 12+ years in U.S. real estate transactions, strong financial analysis, and proven ability to advise senior leaders. A competitive equity and benefits package accompanies the base salary.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in real estate finance accounting business, or related field.
• 12+ years of U.S. commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience negotiating letters of intent and leases with financial analysis.

Aufgaben

• Lead office, lab, and other commercial real estate transactions across the Americas, including leases, renewals, expansions, contractions, and subleases.
• Work on site selection, market evaluation, due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction execution.
• Develop negotiation strategies to achieve favorable financial, business, and legal terms.
• Evaluate opportunities to improve portfolio cost, footprint, and flexibility through site selection and due diligence.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Insurance, Workplace, business leaders, landlords, brokers, and outside counsel to assess risk and implement transactions.
• Negotiate real estate agreements and translate financial, contractual, and market considerations into recommendations for senior leaders.
• Manage multiple complex transactions ensuring landmarks, approvals, and obligations are met on schedule.
