Job summary

Michael Best & Friedrich LLP’s Real Estate Practice is seeking a Real Estate Midlevel Associate for our Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, or NC offices. A minimum of four years of real estate or related transactional law experience is required.

The ideal candidate will draft and negotiate purchase agreements and closing documents, manage title and survey review, handle real estate financing, and assist with acquisitions and dispositions.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Minimum four years of real estate or related transactional experience.
• Experience drafting purchase agreements and closing documents.
• Experience with title, survey, and due diligence review.
• Knowledge of real estate financing transactions.
• Willingness to work across multiple offices (Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, NC).
