Qualifications

• 5th–8th year associate with significant real estate transaction experience.
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in real estate development and joint venture work preferred.
• Sound judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage real estate financing documents.
• Handle purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, and loan agreements.
