Qualifications

• 5th–8th year associate with significant real estate transaction experience.
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in real estate development and joint venture work preferred.
• Sound judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mid-Senior Real Estate Associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions, including mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, resorts, and other commercial projects.

Duties

Draft, negotiate, and manage documents related to real estate and financing transactions. Engage in purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, and loan agreements. Handle easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements. Interact directly with partners and clients. Mentor and support junior attorneys.

Requirements

5th-8th year associate with significant experience in real estate transactions. Strong writing, communication, and project management skills. Experience in real estate development and joint venture work preferred. Sound judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Education

JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

Active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) of practice.
