Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, public administration or related field; or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years of real estate, property management, or facility use management experience.
• Experience with Excel and Word is required; GIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects supporting the capital building program with effective results delivery.
• Develop and maintain due diligence materials for real estate development.
• Coordinate with external consultants and internal facilities staff to ensure timely delivery of materials.
