Job summary

Domino’s Real Estate Leasing Coordinator is responsible for managing leases and landlord relations for ~200 corporate stores and supply chain centers across the US and Canada. You will coordinate with Legal, Store Development, Accounting, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely rent payments and issue resolution.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Real Estate Leasing experience.
• General office skills necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and take direction from several individuals.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.
• Adept at reading and interpreting legal documents.
• Possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate 40-50 lease renewals annually.
• Generate real estate documents including LOIs, leases, extensions, amendments, release agreements, legal notices, and termination letters.
• Review documents from landlords before corporate counsel review.
• Coordinate with landlords and corporate teams on rent and payments.
• Serve as primary contact with landlords for real estate documents.
• Share Rent Stop notices with the Accounting department when stores close or relocate.
• Lead rent-reduction initiatives and assist with large-scale Legal projects.
• Identify high rent and NN N lease agreements for evaluation.
• Prepare lease abstracts and lease liability reports.
