Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a Real Estate Leasing Coordinator to manage leases for ~200 company stores across markets in the US and Canada. You will renew leases, prepare documents, review landlord submissions, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely rent payments and compliance.

The role emphasizes strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with a focus on maintaining property portfolios and supporting corporate store development.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Real Estate Leasing experience.
• General office skills necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and take direction from several individuals.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.
• Adept at reading and interpreting legal documents.
• Possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease Renewals, Lease Management and Special Projects.
• Negotiate 40-50 lease renewals annually.
• Generate real estate documents including LOIs, draft and final Leases, Lease Extensions and Amendments, Release Agreements, Legal Notices, and Termination Letters.
• Review documents provided by landlords including SNDAs and estoppel certificates before providing them to Domino’s corporate attorneys for review from a legal perspective.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with landlords regarding real estate documents.
• Communicate and share Rent Stop notices with the Accounting department when stores are closed due to relocation, sale or corporate operation decisions.
• Lead rent-reduction initiatives and assist with large-scale Legal projects, including store or market sales and purchases.
• Identify high rent and NNN lease agreements for deep dive evaluation.
• Prepare lease abstracts and lease liability reports as needed.
• Consult with local real estate brokers to assist with property and lease valuations.
• Asset Management – Maintenance and Repair: Communicate store asset problems with landlords (water leaks, pest control, etc.).
• Track municipal violations and citations; coordinate with Accounting and Operations.
• Send official notices to landlords to ensure timely resolutions.
• Start/stop utilities service and manage waste vendor relations.
• Update Corporate Operations leadership on outstanding issues and resolutions.
• Administrative Support, Database Management and Reporting: input lease terms into AMT and regularly update rent, tax, and CAM adjustments.
• Track renewals and negotiated rent savings.
• Manage Corporate Real Estate Report each fiscal period.
