Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a real estate professional to manage the lease portfolio, negotiate renewals, and assist in site development and inventory management. You will work with landlords to secure favorable terms and identify opportunities for new sites while coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliant, timely lease activities.

The role requires at least two years of related experience and a bachelor's degree (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education, training, experience, or military experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate principles and practices with field work and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate property leases, renewals, and rent reductions on favorable terms for the company.
• Identify new sites for development and inventory opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with landlords and property owners; coordinate with legal as needed.
• Prepare leasing documents using approved templates.
• Answer landlord inquiries and resolve issues promptly with teams.
