Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.

Responsibilities

Negotiates property leases, renewals, and rent reductions on favorable terms for the company.
Identifies new sites for development and inventory opportunities.
Communicates with property owners to settle discrepancies and maintain relationships.
Involves legal department in lease negotiations and development as appropriate.
Authors leasing documents using approved templates.
Answers inquiries from landlords and resolves issues to ensure timely resolution.
