SWEPCO in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Real Estate Lead to provide advanced leadership for real estate activities, initiatives, and day-to-day operations. You will coordinate priorities across teams and translate goals into actionable plans while supporting service quality and risk management.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in real estate or related fields, with strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field.
Eight (8) or more years of real estate, property management, records, transactions, or related business support functions.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of real estate business processes and supporting systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate complex real estate work assignments, priorities, and deliverables.
Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated issues and cross-functional requests.
Provide guidance, training, and work direction to team members and contract resources.
Support development and consistent application of processes, standards, controls, and reporting.
Monitor workload, performance trends, and risks and recommend solutions.
