Job summary

Price LeBlanc Family of Companies is seeking a hands-on Group Controller to manage all financial aspects of its real estate operations and family office. You will report to the Board, handle financial statements, cash flow, insurance renewals, and contract reviews.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in accounting/finance, experience with real estate, and a high level of integrity. This is a full-time on-site leadership role offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management; real estate industry experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple entities and balance hands-on work with strategic oversight.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Controllers and accounting functions for multiple entities.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and intercompany transactions.
• Maintain internal controls to protect company assets and ensure accuracy of records.
• Work with external CPAs and tax preparers for filings and year-end reviews.
• Review, summarize, and track key terms of contracts and leases.
• Manage insurance policies and risk management for all entities.
• Monitor property income/expenses and assist with real estate transactions.
• Provide financial analysis and support for management decisions.
