Job summary

Feuji seeks a Real Estate & Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our portfolio and sites, ensuring safe, efficient workplaces across locations in the Atlanta area. The role partners with People, Finance, IT, Security, and site leadership to plan, coordinate, and direct projects within time and budget constraints.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in corporate real estate/facilities, strong project management, and experience with lease negotiations, SOWs, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Typically 8+ years corporate real estate and/or facilities across multi-site environments.
• Strong project management and construction management capabilities.
• Knowledge of lease administration, location identifications, and vendor management practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day real estate and facilities operations across all company locations.
• Manage lease administration SharePoint and ensure documents are accurate and current; prepare summaries and comparisons for review.
• Lead projects with internal stakeholders to review, negotiate, and execute leases, acquisition agreements, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Create, draft, and secure SOWs for vendors for construction projects.
• Support real estate and facilities transactions with data gathering, broker coordination, RFPs, and diligence packages; draft analyses and coordinate approvals.
• Track space utilization and headcount; update floor plans, stacking diagrams, and seat assignments.
• Ensure facilities are fully operational, safe, and compliant; manage SLAs and maintenance improvements.
• Coordinate moves, openings, consolidations, and decommissions; manage punch lists to closure.
• Plan renovations and workplace refreshes; manage schedule, budget, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with RFPs, SOWs, renewals; validate invoices and track savings/quality metrics.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and monthly variance explanations for facilities OPEX and CAPEX; maintain trackers and dashboards.
• Execute sustainability initiatives and coordinate safety/regulatory checks; ensure business continuity readiness.
• Maintain playbooks, SOPs, and KPIs; ensure use of technology platforms for lease admin and analytics.
• Support global portfolio activities and coordinate with Hyderabad GCC; communicate with leadership on projects and risks.
