Job summary

Price Industries is seeking a Corporate Facilities Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex facility projects in Suwanee, GA, including plant expansions, site selection, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.

You will drive on-time, within-budget delivery, manage IT infrastructure and building systems, oversee maintenance programs, energy optimization, utilities contracts, security, and environmental initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of facilities project management experience in manufacturing or corporate environments.
• Proven track record delivering projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant expansion initiatives and site selections for business growth.
• Coordinate and execute renovations for plant and corporate facilities with minimal disruption.
• Support planning and integration of IT infrastructure for facility operations.
• Maintain and upgrade building systems, HVAC, generators and process gas systems.
• Develop and drive energy optimization projects to reduce costs.
• Manage utility contracts and corporate security programs; support environmental initiatives.
