Job summary

Arizona Public Service Company is seeking a Manager of Real Estate & Facilities to lead and optimize the company’s real estate portfolio and facilities operations. The role oversees budgeting, capital projects, design and construction, maintenance, and service levels across multiple sites.

The position requires strategic thinking, senior leadership skills, and ability to coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive cost savings and improve operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12 years of equivalent experience in real estate planning, facility operations and maintenance management, or related fields.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong forecasting, negotiation and contract management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set departmental priorities and strategy aligned with company goals and stakeholders.
• Lead Real Estate and Facilities staff, including recruitment, development and coaching.
• Develop standards and policies to optimize portfolio utilization and workplace environments.
• Oversee long-range real estate and facilities forecasting and alignment with business plans.
• Direct capital projects from initiation to post-review, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Manage annual operating budgets and identify cost reductions.
