Job summary

Circle K in San Antonio, TX seeks a Financial Analyst to drive real estate financial modeling and decision support for site acquisitions and leases. You will coordinate with operations, fuels, and construction teams to qualify sites and prepare market analyses.

Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, overseeing due diligence, and guiding real estate tours while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred.
• Three years of experience in General Commercial Brokerage, Development, Finance or Corporate Real Estate Management with emphasis in Commercial/Retail/Fuel/Fast Food/C-Store industries; including minimum of one years of management responsibility.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Mapping and Demographic software desirable and Word preferred.
• Willingness to travel primarily in the three states, including some overnight travel (50% travel). Must have a driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.
• Negotiate Purchase contracts with sellers and leases with Landlords.
• Assist in due diligence, entitlement activity, beer and wine applications, escrow closings and meetings with government officials.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, attorneys and other consultants; design projects with management team.
• Organize real estate market tours for bulk acquisition projects, market reviews and new industry projects.
• Ensure compliance with company requirements, policies and regulations; monitor expenditures and program costs.
