Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Nashville, TN seeks a Financial Analyst to support site qualification for lease or purchase by building financial models and coordinating with operations, fuels management, and construction teams.

You will negotiate contracts, prepare real estate proposals, oversee due diligence and entitlements, coordinate with architects and consultants, and help manage budgets and cost analyses. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred; other combinations of job related experience and education may be substituted.
• Three years of experience in General Commercial Brokerage, Development, Finance or Corporate Real Estate Management with emphasis in Commercial/Retail/Fuel/Fast Food/C-Store industries, with at least one year of management responsibility.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access; Mapping and Demographic software desirable; Word preferred.
• Willing to travel, with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides data and guidance for Financial Analyst to run financial models to qualify new sites for lease or purchase.
• Negotiates Purchase contracts with sellers and leases with Landlords.
• Prepares real estate proposals and contracts for management approval.
• Organizes real estate market tours for bulk acquisition projects, periodic market reviews and new-to-industry projects.
• Assists in overseeing due diligence, entitlement activity, escrow closings, and meetings with government officials.
