Jobot is seeking a Financial Analyst to build and maintain complex financial models for multi-family and development opportunities. You’ll model cash flows, equity returns, and partnerships, and support investment decisions with executive-level analyses.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables, and multi-sheet modeling.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles and how transactions flow through statements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with meticulous detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial or business analysis, real estate development, capital markets, or investment analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi-year pro formas for opportunities, including development cash flows and returns.
• Model development pro formas with hard/soft costs, debt, equity, and hold assumptions.
• Create comparisons across JV structures and co-investment scenarios for negotiations.
• Model development fee accrual and revenue recognition with project milestones.
• Monitor portfolio performance across lifecycle stages and report findings.
