Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager to oversee construction and renovation projects from concept to completion. This role guides cross-functional teams, manages budgets, schedules, and contract processes to ensure successful delivery of facilities programs.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of PM experience, with strong MS Project and AutoCAD skills. Office-based with occasional travel and on-site duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning to implementation, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring alignment.
• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget while meeting Spectrum’s quality standards.
• Communicate progress updates to internal customers and gather feedback.
