Job summary

Spectrum’s Real Estate Project Manager oversees a portfolio of construction and renovation initiatives, guiding teams and stakeholders from concept to completion to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or related field, plus strong communication and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with employees, customers and suppliers.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience coordinating architecture and engineering services.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and structural systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project-management software; AutoCAD desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning to implementation, aligning stakeholders.
• Apply PM methodologies to deliver on schedule and budget.
• Report progress to internal customers and collect feedback.
• Oversee data collection, cost tracking and performance metrics.
• Provide SME for MEP issues supporting facilities planning.
• Translate planning requests into engineering objectives.
• Write funding documents and manage contracts and zoning.
• Escalate warranty issues and drive continuous improvement.
