Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of real estate procurement, lease negotiations, construction project management, or facilities maintenance experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex real estate leases, construction contracts, and maintenance agreements across multiple markets.
• Strong financial acumen with budget, cost analysis, and ROI experience for real estate and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and negotiation for real estate and related contracts across markets.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with expansion, quality, and budget targets.
• Oversee store construction procurement lifecycle: bidding, negotiation, vendor mgmt.
• Manage facility maintenance contracts to ensure upkeep of Skechers properties.
• Analyze market trends, costs, and lease rates to support data-driven negotiations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Store Development, Construction, and Operations.
• Maintain landlord and contractor relationships to build a reliable vendor network.
• Oversee lease administration, renewals, and regulatory obligations.
• Prepare procurement reports and project updates for senior leadership.
