You will negotiate complex contracts, manage vendor networks, and drive cost-effective strategies aligned with Skechers' growth. Qualifications include a Real Estate/Construction/Business degree and 5+ years in related roles, with proficiency in CoStar, Lucernex, or Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate procurement, lease negotiations, construction project management, or facilities maintenance.
• Licenses/certifications in real estate or construction are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and negotiation processes for real estate transactions and lease renewals.
• Develop procurement strategies for real estate, construction, and facility maintenance.
• Oversee store construction procurement including vendor bidding and contract negotiations.
• Manage facility maintenance programs with service contracts and vendors.
• Track leases and construction projects, monitor critical dates, and report to leadership.
