Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Retail Procurement Manager in Southern California to lead global procurement for Store Construction, Store Maintenance, Visual Merchandising and Collateral. You will oversee sourcing strategies, supplier governance, and complex negotiations to deliver cost savings and risk management.

You will partner with Finance and Global Retail teams, analyze spend data, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with governance and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Experience in real estate procurement, construction or facilities maintenance.
• Strong financial, analytical and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading global sourcing and complex supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category strategies for Store Construction, Store Maintenance, Visual Merchandising, and Collateral.
• Lead global sourcing initiatives from strategy through implementation and supplier governance.
• Negotiate MSAs, SLAs, pricing structures, and other contracts.
• Partner with Finance and Global Retail teams and other stakeholders.
• Manage supplier performance, KPIs, and drive cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance and sustainability.
