Responsibilities include leading planning to implementation, budget control, progress reporting, and coordinating with vendors and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with employees, customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning to implementation, managing details and stakeholder alignment.
• Apply PM methodologies to deliver on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate updates to internal customers and report on progress.
• Oversee data collection, cost tracking and performance metrics.
• Provide SME for structural, electrical and mechanical issues across real estate functions.
• Develop approaches to contracted workforces and manage budgets and capital development.
