Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience coordinating architectural and engineering services.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning to implementation with stakeholder alignment.
• Apply PM methods to deliver on schedule, budget, and quality.
• Communicate updates to internal customers and report progress.
• Oversee data collection, cost tracking, and performance metrics.
• Provide SME for structural, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Develop strategies for contracted workforces and budgeting.
• Manage funding documents, accounting codes, vendors, and contracts.
• Serve as escalation point for warranty issues and drive continuous improvement.
