You will develop business plans, analyze budgets and cash flows, underwrite leases, refresh forecasts, and prepare investor-grade reports.

Qualifications

2+ years of progressive experience in real estate asset management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PMT, XIRR, XNPV).
Argus Enterprise experience required; certification preferred.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to prioritize workload and work autonomously.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to enhance property performance and increase revenues.
Analyze financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Underwrite and provide credit analysis for lease transactions.
Maintain, refresh, and reforecast internal ARGUS cash flow projections.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the partnership, investors, and senior management, highlighting KPIs and financial metrics.
Support the production of the annual business plan and budget.
Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Update and manage Asset Management property-level cashflow and reporting.
Assist in capital markets initiatives, including managing relationships with lenders.
