Responsibilities

• Drive asset management and lease analyses for prospective tenants.
• Lead research projects to inform portfolio decisions.
• Develop analyses and recommendations for value creation at portfolio assets.
• Support budgeting and cash flow projections for existing assets.
• Monitor lease compliance and analyze property performance.
• Contribute to Investment Committee Memoranda and asset-level reporting.
