Jamestown seeks an Assistant Property Manager to learn the role while training alongside the Senior Property Manager and Tenant Services Coordinator, supporting day-to-day operations to achieve the property's business plan.

This full-time position in New York requires collaboration with the management team, proficiency with property management software, and strong vendor and tenant relations to ensure smooth daily operations and successful asset performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail-oriented property management experience.
• Experience managing tenant and vendor relations.
• Experience with property management software including MRI, Angus, Building Engines, Nexus.
• Construction coordination including project planning and risk management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day property management and administrative tasks, including reporting and filing.
• Manage vendor communications, email, and phone inquiries.
• Assist in administration of contracts and service agreements.
• Coordinate property events and maintain tenant and owner communications.
• Maintain COI information and track expiration dates and coverage requirements.
• Review leases and monitor tenant obligations and rent payments.
• Assist in risk management activities and monitor Work Order submissions.
