Job summary

Mission Technologies’ Cyber & Intelligence team is seeking Readiness Analysts at the Junior and Journeyman levels to support an upcoming mission at Fort Meade. This role is part of a pending contract proposal, and we are interviewing qualified candidates in anticipation of a successful award.

The anticipated salary range includes Mission Assurance 1/2/3 bands from $78,000 to $129,000 depending on level and experience. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Mission Assurance 1: 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
• Mission Assurance 2: 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
• Mission Assurance 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or JD in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments to identify gaps in capabilities, resources, personnel, and processes affecting readiness.
• Collects and analyzes operational preparedness data; produces reports and dashboards to communicate readiness status.
• Coordinates readiness initiatives and develops improvement plans to address identified deficiencies.
• Performs risk management by identifying threats to operational readiness and developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensures compliance with standards and regulations; maintains essential documentation.
