Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Raw Material Planner to support production plans at the Wilmington, DE site. You will convert site and regional production plans into raw material requirements and optimize inventory to meet service targets.

Responsibilities include managing MRP signals, material flow, and ensuring data integrity in master data. Collaboration with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Finance is essential to drive on-time material availability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing operations.
Experience with SAP, OMP, and planning tools; PowerBI and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

Translate production and supply plans into executable material requirements using SAP and other planning tools.
Plan material flow for internal raw materials and manage inventories to meet targets and reduce SMORDI.
Monitor supplier confirmations, delivery performance, and resolve material shortages, quality issues, and logistics constraints.
