Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating bids, partnering with internal teams, analyzing profitability, and preparing pricing strategies based on data and historical performance.

Qualifications

• One to two years of transportation rate experience preferred.
• Zero to six months customer service experience preferred.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills required.
• Knowledge of DOT and ICC requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of customer bids and RFP/RFQ responses, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Collaborate with internal pricing, sales, and operations teams to develop competitive pricing solutions.
• Analyze incumbent business performance and profitability trends to guide bid direction.
• Prepare evaluations for new opportunities with cost modeling, benchmarking, and margin analysis.
• Develop customer-specific pricing strategies with data-driven insights.
