Job summary

FAAC Incorporated seeks a professional to assist the Range Training Systems and Support section in sustaining and modernizing USMC range and training areas. The role focuses on information gathering, requirements development, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to support training systems.

This full-time position requires a Secret or Interim Secret Clearance and entails site visits, planning, and documentation to advance GRSP/RTSP initiatives for Marine Corps training environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience sustaining military training systems through lifecycle engineering, modernization, field support, configuration management, operational troubleshooting, software sustainment, and installation support across multiple Marine Corps and Army locations.
• Secret Security Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance is required prior to hiring.

Responsibilities

• Support development and sustainment activities for Range Training Systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to sustain, upgrade and modernize USMC range and training areas.
• Draft and support development of RTA Capabilities and Requirements Documents.
• Conduct site visits and quarterly liaison with PMTRASYS to reconcile RTA status of requirements.
