Faac-Incorporated seeks a contractor to support laser range safety and training on Marine Corps ranges at Quantico, VA. You will review range encroachment, integrate laser danger zones, and develop safety policy in line with MCO 3570.1D, enabling compliant and safe operations for current and future training programs.

The role requires supporting analysis of range policies, advising on deployment of laser-based systems (MILES, TES, HITS, AGES, DRTS), and ensuring adherence to installation range

Competenze

• Experience with laser-enabled training systems (MILES, TES, HITS, AGES, DRTS).
• Secret or Interim Secret clearance required prior to hiring.

Mansioni

• Review and analyze encroachment, airspace, and environmental concerns for range placement and use.
• Integrate laser danger zones with other range activities (SDZs, WDZs, explosives).
• Provide knowledge for RTAM and Installation Range Management plans per MCO 3550.10.
• Advise on location, size, and integration of non-lethal weapons within ranges.
• Support planning and execution of laser range safety training on ranges.
• Develop updated laser range safety guidance and IAW MCO 3570.1D.
