ADM, a global food ingredients leader, seeks a Strategic Project Manager for Decatur, IL or Erlanger, KY. You will lead cross-functional teams from idea to commercial solution, delivering on timelines and business priorities while coordinating technical, operational, and commercial aspects.

The role requires strong communication skills, change leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with travel as needed. Eligible for a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; higher level degree preferred.
• 5+ years of work experience with technical projects.
• PMI/PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other certification is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and documenting processes.

Responsabilités

• Drive delivery of strategic project objectives with progress tracking and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, commercial and operations areas.
• Establish schedules, baselines, cost estimates, and conduct variance analysis.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and maintain project governance.
• Resource planning in a matrix environment to meet timelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and manage scope changes.
• Communicate clearly to diverse audiences about project status.
