Job summary

Siemens EDA’s Digital Verification Technologies division seeks an experienced R&D Product Lead for Questa Verification IQ (QVIQ). You will shape product strategy, align with Product Management and Engineering, and drive customer adoption across a verification portfolio.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams, translate needs into priorities, and ensure integrations across portfolios, CI/CD, and cloud-native platforms. Strong leadership and a technical background in enterprise software are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software development, product leadership, or related roles.
• Proven track record of leading complex software products and delivering customer-focused outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures, web applications, APIs, distributed systems, and SDLCs.

Responsibilities

• Drive QVIQ product strategy and roadmap execution with Product Management and Product Engineering.
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and strategic accounts to understand requirements and adoption challenges.
• Define and implement QVIQ’s integration strategy across Siemens EDA products and CI/CD environments.
• Translate customer and business requirements into product priorities and investments.
• Lead multi-functional initiatives with R&D, Product Management, UX, and customer-facing teams.
• Champion customer success by ensuring product capabilities address verification challenges and deliver value.
• Provide product and technical leadership for enterprise technologies and cloud-native platforms.
