Job summary

Siemens Software in the US is seeking an Application Support Engineer to support the Questa verification products, primarily the Questa OneSpin Static Formal line. You will collaborate with product engineering, field application engineers, and customers to resolve complex design and testbench issues.

The role involves creating knowledge content, delivering technical presentations, and engaging in training and benchmarking with North American and PACRIM teams.

Qualifications

• BS Electronic/Computer Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge of VHDL or Verilog, or SystemVerilog RTL languages for ASIC or FPGA design.
• Experience with ASIC or FPGA hardware design and implementation using RTL tool flows and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS.
• Self-motivated, flexible, self-disciplined, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with customers, sales, and product teams.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Questa verification products, focusing on Questa OneSpin Static Formal lines.
• Work with product engineering, field application engineers, and customers to resolve design issues.
• Create knowledge-based content and provide expertise on the Questa platform.
• Collaborate with North American and PACRIM teams on customer engagements.
