Job summary

Ichor Systems is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to support quoting operations, cost governance, and business analytics across multiple sites and functions. Reporting directly to the Sr.

Director, Corporate Quoting, this role partners with Quoting, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations to improve processes, maintain cost accuracy, enhance reporting visibility, and support strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quoting, business analysis, operations, or equivalent experience.
• B.S. degree or equivalent education.
• Experience with multi-site operations in manufacturing or semiconductor environments preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query.
• Ability to analyze data and present actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating stakeholders across sites.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost management, and process improvement.
• Review and report cost changes from Supply Chain to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics for business decisions.
• Partner with Quoting, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, and Engineering to drive improvements.
• Coordinate customer cost challenges and align internal teams with requirements.
• Maintain governance of quoting cost structures and related systems.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support implementation of new processes, tools, and system enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional projects from handoff to completion under senior direction.
