Ichor Systems is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to support quoting operations, cost governance, and business analytics across multiple sites and functions. Reporting directly to the Sr.

Director, Corporate Quoting, this role partners with Quoting, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations to improve processes, maintain cost accuracy, enhance reporting visibility, and support strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quoting, business analysis, operations, or equivalent experience.
• B.S. degree or equivalent education.
• Experience with multi-site operations in manufacturing or semiconductor environments preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query.
• Ability to analyze data and present actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating stakeholders across sites.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost management, and process improvement.
• Review and report cost changes from Supply Chain to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics for business decisions.

Ichor Systems is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to support quoting operations, process improvement initiatives, cost governance, and business analytics across multiple sites and functions. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Corporate Quoting, this role partners with Quoting, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations to improve processes, maintain cost accuracy, enhance reporting visibility, and support strategic business initiatives.

This position serves as a key cross-functional resource responsible for coordinating operational activities, analyzing business performance, driving process improvements, and supporting business continuity through cross-training on major quoting platforms. Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to quickly learn and understand complex business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and independently drive actions to completion while effectively collaborating across multiple departments and sites.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional business initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost management, and process improvement.
• Review, analyze, and report cost changes from Supply Chain and communicate business impacts to key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business decisions and operational visibility.
• Partner with Quoting, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, and Engineering to drive issue resolution and process improvements.
• Coordinate customer cost challenge activities and ensure alignment between internal teams and customer requirements.
• Maintain governance and integrity of quoting cost structures, Oracle cost lists, and related business systems.
• Analyze quoting, cost, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support implementation of new processes, procedures, tools, and system enhancements.
• Perform audits and validation activities to ensure accuracy of quoting tools, reports, and business processes.
• Document processes, establish best practices, and support standardization across sites and business units.
• Assist with margin improvement, cost reduction, and business optimization initiatives.
• Develop proficiency across major quoting platforms and customer accounts to provide workload balancing and backup support as needed.
• Independently manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively across functional teams.
• Lead assigned cross-functional projects from handoff through completion, including scope clarification, stakeholder coordination, milestone tracking, issue escalation, and delivery of agreed outcomes as directed by the Sr. Director, Corporate Quoting.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quoting, Business Analysis, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, or equivalent business experience.
• B.S. degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with multi-level bills of material in the semiconductor industry, preferably Gas Delivery Systems.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience developing and presenting reports, dashboards, metrics, and executive summaries.
• Ability to analyze business data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from handoff to completion, including organizing deliverables, driving follow-up, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining accountability for results.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and locations.
• Strong process development, process improvement, process management, and implementation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, develop solutions, and execute with limited direction.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, and business requirements.
• Proven ability to balance independent work with collaborative engagement across departments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle, Agile, MRP, and related manufacturing systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation initiatives preferred.
