Global Parts & Maintenance is seeking an organized Quote Coordinator to handle high-volume quotations with accuracy and speed. You will coordinate, send and enter supplier requests while addressing customer inquiries and maintaining data integrity.

The role emphasizes collaboration with customers and suppliers and requires proactive data evaluation in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Self-starter who can work well in a team setting and independently.
• Ability to stay focused and on task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Keyboard fluency and typing skills (at least 40 WPM with minimal errors).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in an office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and respond to incoming customer quote requests.
• Send, receive and enter supplier quote requests.
• Accurately and efficiently enter data and cascade information.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Develop a strong relationship with the customer and supplier base.
• Evaluate data, forecast possible outcomes, and act.
