Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic background; 10+ years building statistical and ML models.
• 8+ years hands-on data analysis and modeling, segmentation techniques.
• Proficient in Alteryx and Tableau.
• SQL querying and data extraction from enterprise data lakes.
• Strong communication for executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Build holistic insights by integrating data from customer, account, digital, financial, and operational sources.
• Develop business cases, size populations, estimate impact; implement measurement plans.
• Identify customer interactions across channels to map journeys and friction points.
• Use analytical tools like Alteryx, Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau to analyze data.
• Create presentations for executives; translate objectives into analytics initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects delivering analytics solutions and using ML/predictive modeling.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure analytics effectiveness.
