Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Analytics Solutions Manager within the Data and Analytics team to lead a group of Analytics Solutions associates as the primary engagement and project lead, solving business problems that drive qualitative and quantitative value.

You will coach others to apply design thinking, partner with internal clients and stakeholders, grow the project pipeline, recruit and develop talent, and uphold rigorous controls and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., math, engineering, data science).
• Experience with design thinking practices and tools and with Agile product management principles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coach early career talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead Analytics Solutions associates as the primary engagement and project lead.
• Apply Design Thinking to develop end-to-end scalable solutions and guide analytical findings to executives.
• Establish relationships with internal clients and partners to identify opportunities and grow the pipeline.
• Recruit, develop and retain talent, fostering learning and growth within the team.
• Lead FAST initiatives to set strategic direction and scale operations globally.
• Maintain rigorous controls to ensure accurate and timely results.
• Set standards of excellence through professional integrity and strong work ethic.
